Submission policies and instructions for full-papers

Double blind review: ACTS'13 reviewing is double blind -- authors do not know the names of their papers' reviewers and reviewers do not know author names. Please make sure to preserve anonymity by avoiding including in submitted manuscripts any information that may identify the authors.

Paper format: Submitted papers must follow the CVPR paper format and guidelines. Please see the CVPR Author Guidelines for more details. Full papers are limited to 6 pages. There is no minimum paper length. Papers must be in PDF format. Submitted manuscript PDF files must not exceed 10Mb.

Dual/Double Submissions: In submitting a manuscript as a full-paper to the ACTS'13 workshop, authors acknowledge that no paper substantially similar in content has been published in or submitted to other journals, conferences, or workshops. 

Copyright: Authors are required by the IEEE to transfer copyrights for any papers to be published in the conference proceedings. This is performed at the time when the camera ready version is submitted for production. If a paper is withdrawn from the proceedings, copyright gets reverted to the authors.
